About the Role

As a key member of our growth team, you will work closely with our Growth Lead, Will Murphy, to own and optimize our programmatic outbound channel. Your responsibilities will include campaign ideation, orchestration, analysis, and execution.

In this role, you’ll need to be proficient in Clay and other tools essential for building lists and running creative outbound campaigns. These tools may include (but are not limited to) SmartLead, LaGrowthMachine, Unify, Zapier, and more.

You are a technical marketer—a Go-To-Market Engineer—who thrives on building automation, improving processes, and taking a creative approach to list-building, targeting leads, and connecting with decision-makers.

This is not a sales role. Instead, it focuses on driving the top of the funnel, with your performance measured by the number of qualified leads and meetings booked for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Outbound Campaigns: Utilize tools like Clay, SmartLead, Instantly, HeyReach, and LaGrowthMachine to manage and optimize outbound campaigns, ensuring high engagement and performance.

  • Inbox Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to inbound replies from prospects and inquiries related to ads, maintaining a professional and timely communication flow.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze current outreach workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable tools and processes to drive improvement.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Regularly review campaign metrics, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements to increase outreach effectiveness.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Growth Lead to strategize and execute outbound initiatives while maintaining alignment with overall growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in growth, marketing operations, or related roles with experience in managing outbound campaigns.

  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with outreach tools like Clay, SmartLead, Instantly, Unify, HeyReach, or LaGrowthMachine. Familiarity with low/no-code automation tools.

  • Owner Mindset: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

  • Process Builder: Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing workflows and leveraging tech tools to streamline operations.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and refine outreach strategies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to build rapport with internal teams and external prospects.
